Who we are

Niray IT Solutions ("Niray", "we", "us") is a technology company headquartered in India with a branch in Singapore. This statement explains how we handle personal data collected through nirayitsolutions.com (the "website"). We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company and the details of your enquiry.
• Chat assistant (Ziva): the messages you type, and any name, email or phone number you choose to share in the chat.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through analytics tools. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services or quotes you ask for.
• To record enquiries as sales leads so our team can follow up.
• To answer your questions through the chat assistant.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
• Resend, which delivers enquiry emails to our team.
• Google (Gemini API) to generate chat assistant replies, and Google Analytics for usage statistics.
• Microsoft (Power Platform and Dataverse) and Google Sheets, where we keep our lead records.

These providers may store data outside India or Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards to protect it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete them or make them anonymous. Chat history in your browser is cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to use it. To do this, or to raise a concern, email info@nirayitsolutions.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry records is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We may update this statement from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
